This sealant cures to form a very flexible rubber. It conforms to BS 5889 Type A and ISO 11600 G-25 LM, so it's safe enough to use in construction, industrial roofing and glazing projects.

Silfix U9 is known for being one of the best low modulus, neutral cure silicone sealants. It gives excellent adhesion to a huge range of surfaces. Like glass, stone, timber, brickwork, PVC-U, coated metals and polycarbonate. And you can use it with all major European edge sealants for double-glazed units.

You can seal Silfix U9 without a primer, which saves you a little extra time on your project.
