Description
The Cotswold Egress Easy Clean friction stay features similar initial opening to the Standard Side Hung friction stay. The Easy Clean setting is simple to engage with no 'drag and slide'.
To reset back to Egress only mode, simply close the window, then re-open to go back to the egress position. When fitted the Cotswold Egress frictions stay complies with the emergency exit egress requirements of Approved Document B of building regulations. When fitting the friction stay please observe BS 8213 Part 1:2004 Code of practice for safety in use and during cleaning of windows.
