Description
The Heavy Duty Friction Hinge range meets the increasing demand for larger and heavier windows. Top and side hung hinge accommodate sash weights of up to 45kg for Top Hung windows and 35kg for Side Hung windows.
The all metal end-cap is riveted on to the hinge for extra strength and rivet holes are counter bored in a 3 stage manufacturing process. Increased bar thicknesses and additional fixing holes provide maximum stability and allow easy adjustment.
The Hinges have been endurance tested with their maximum load carrying capacity over 30,000 cycles.
