A comprehensive range of adjustable centre latch assembly plates designed to complement the timber door lock configurations within the ERA range. The latch plates locate into the carrier keep, enabling the latch bolt to engage and central deadbolt to lock into the keep. The latch plates have +/- 2mm adjustability, helping aid compression and weathersealing of doors. A choice of varying widths from 20mm to 92mm are all supplied with dust pockets. The plates are non-handed, enabling left or right handed door opening function. The plates are manufactured from mild steel and meet the requirements of BS EN 1670 Grade 4 (240 hours) for Corrosion Resistance to provide the most robust finish; and to ensure smooth and consistent performance over time the keeps have been endurance tested to 50,000 cycles.
